Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?

Yes we take a 25% deposit to secure the booking. Full payments must be made 10 days prior to the event.

Are the props available for dry hire?

Yes collection and delivery of the props from our studio can be arranged. Please contact us directly to organise a time which works for both parties.

Do you take a bond for prop hire?

No bond is required for hire of props.

What if there are damages to props?

Any items damaged or lost will need to be paid by the hirer at a cost determined by Tumbleweed Events. Any items that require cleaning may be charged to the hirer.

How long is the hire period for ?

The hire period of our props is 4 days. Items are usually collected on Friday afternoon and returned Monday morning. Conditions may vary due to event date and time, such details determined upon securing of booking.

Is there a minimum prop hire amount ?

Yes - minimum spend is $200 for prop hire.

Yes we offer delivery and collection of all of our hire items. Please contact us directly for arrangements and surchage prices.

What is your companies COVID-19 Policy?

During such uncertain times, our team will endeavour to provide such support where possible. We are commited to providing a full refund to couples were an alternative solution or date cannot be accomodated for. Rather than cancelling, please condiser postponing and rescheduling your event, with your deposit rolling over to the new date. We would love to be apart of your event, regardless of the date.

Ocean Side Wedding

As we head into the warmer weather, beach weddings will start to roll around. The sunshine, ocean and cliffs coupled together provides a perfect blank canvas for a sea side wedding celebration. The beach can accommodate for a large crowd, right down to the immediate family and friends. Such a location really represents a couple in their very nature – often very fitting for a laid back, adventurous couple. Never underestimate the potential of our very own local beaches.

The beach wedding is very popular partnered with a Boho theme, drawing from the present landscape. By incorporating dried foliage and timber furniture, the surroundings come together to create a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony.

On the contrary, couples may draw back to create a simplistic aesthetic, highlighting the beachfront view. Often this means having statements through the use of Arches or Isle runners, whilst drawing back on the rest of the styling and layout.

The view can again be adopted for the wedding reception drawing on a similar theme which was used for the ceremony. A cocktail style reception allows for a laid back vibe with guests able to mingle over an endless ocean view. The Sea and the Sky set the whimsical mood for the night ahead with a beautiful view for the sun to set. Soft lighting through the use of candles and fairy lights add to the romance of the night along with a comfortable vibe for all. We can’t forget how awesome this view makes for the backdrop of your new Instagram photo – such a mood!
