How to poor a champagne tower – You can start with all the glasses empty and start pouring from the top glass , the champagne will eventually overflow into the tiers, filling the glasses as it goes OR you can have some of the middle tiers/glasses pre-filled so when you pour it is much quicker to fill the tower.
